Frequently asked questions
About client education content, handouts, and how Made With Care works.
Before you sign up
When will Made With Care be available?
We’re putting the finishing touches on it. Join the waitlist and you’ll hear from us first — no newsletters, just the invite when we’re ready.
Will it be free?
There will be a free tier so you can try it without a credit card. Paid plans unlock higher volume and additional content types. Waitlist members get preferential early pricing.
Who built this?
Michael and Lauza. Lauza is a nutritional therapist who felt this problem every day. Michael is a software engineer who has spent years building products that solve real problems. We built the thing we wished existed.
Will my client data be used to train AI models?
No. Never. Your client information is used to generate content for that session and nothing else. We will never use it to train models.
Does it work for dietitians, naturopaths, and health coaches — not just nutritionists?
Yes. Any health practitioner who creates client education content will find it useful — nutritionists, dietitians, naturopaths, health coaches, and others.
What happens after I join the waitlist?
We’ll email you when access opens. That’s it. No drip campaigns, no upsells — just the invite.
About the product
What types of content can I create with Made With Care?
Personalised client handouts (PDFs) and social media posts — both branded to your practice and tailored to each client's specific health situation, conditions, and goals.
Do I need design skills or software?
No design skills or external software needed. You set up your brand profile once — logo, colours, font — and every piece of content is automatically formatted to match.
Are handouts personalised per client, or generic?
Handouts are generated for a specific client, using the health context you provide: their conditions, dietary needs, and goals. It is not a template with their name pasted in. Social posts are branded to your practice but are not client-specific.
Does it help with research?
Yes. Made With Care surfaces relevant references for each handout, saving you the time of hunting down sources yourself. You stay in full control — review the references, keep what’s right, remove what isn’t, and add your own. The research assist is a starting point, not a substitute for your clinical judgement.
Who reviews the content before it reaches a client?
You do. Nothing reaches a client without your approval. You review every handout and social post before it is sent or published. This is non-negotiable — it is part of how we built the tool.
About client education
What makes a good patient handout?
Research consistently shows personalised materials outperform generic ones for client compliance and information recall. A good handout is specific to the individual — it addresses their conditions, goals, and dietary needs — visually clear, action-oriented, and written in plain language at an appropriate reading level. It should feel like part of the consultation, not a printed article from the internet.
How long does it take to create a client handout from scratch?
With Made With Care: minutes. Without it: most practitioners spend between 45 minutes and 2 hours per client adapting templates in Canva or Word — longer for clients with multiple conditions. We looked at where that time actually goes.
How long does it actually take to create a client handout? →What do clients actually want to receive after an appointment?
Practitioners consistently report that clients want something specific to them — not a generic information sheet. The relevance of the content to their personal situation determines whether they read it, follow it, and return. We explored what that looks like in practice.
Do branded materials make a difference to client outcomes?
Yes. Consistent, professional branding signals credibility and care, which increases the likelihood clients will read and act on the materials you send. Generic handouts are more likely to be filed away or discarded. The research on this is clear.
